What is the warranty on Giagni faucets?

Giagni offers a Limited lifetime function and finish warranty to the original consumer purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship. There is a 5 year limited warranty for all industrial and commercial applications.

For parts or service questions, call our toll-free helpline at 888-560-5222. We are available 7 days a week from 9:00am through 6:00pm Eastern, except holidays. Please have your model number ready. You can also email us at info@giagni.com. Please include your model number and daytime phone number.

If you feel the need to return or exchange your Giagni product, you will need to return it to the place where it was purchased.
