Bach warrants that for as long as the original residential purchaser owns the home in which the Bach product (the "Product") is originally installed, the mechanical components of the Product will be free of all defects in material and workmanship and the Products's finish will not deteriorate.
In the event of any defect in the Product that breaches the foregoing warranties, Bach, at its option, will repair or replace the Product or refund the purchase price. Repair, replacement or refund are the exclusive remedies. BACH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCEDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OR THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR BREACH OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT(including negligence and strict liability).
Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
For assistance or service under this warranty, the original purchaser may: (1) call 1-866-863-6584 for a consumer service representative who can assist you, or (2) write consumer service department c/o Bach, 19701 Da Vinci, Lake Forest, CA, 92610, or (3) email Bach's customer service department by going to www.bachfaucet.com, or (4) notify the location or distributor from which the Product was purchased. Please include your name, address, phone number, a description of the problem, the model number and the approximate date of purchase. Proof of purchase and return of the Product to Bach for inspection may be required.
