Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Since the majority of the products we sell are Special Order and are ordered direct from the manufacturer on your behalf, we consider this charge to be a "100% deposit". All orders including pre-orders, In-Stock orders, Backorders and Special Orders placed through our online store and over the phone are processed real-time. This means that once you finalize your order, your credit card will be billed immediately and held as a Security Deposit until the merchandise ships.
