Overview

eFaucets.com is a leader in innovative drop shipping of large scale plumbing fixtures such as Toilets, Sinks, Bath Vanities, Acrylic Tubs, Shower Enclosures and Shower Doors. We are also able to ship many heavy items ground vs expensive freight. However, no matter how much pride we take in our shipping and packaging techniques, we recognize that fragile products will occasionally break in transit from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

"Don´t Worry, We have you covered!" We have shipped over a million products with a 1% damage rate. If you fall into the rare occurrence of receiving a product damaged in transit, don´t worry, we're going to take care of you by shipping a replacement within 48 hours (stock allowing). We need you to do your part by following the receiving and inspection protocols listed below. If you do not inspect and report damage within the immediate time frame following delivery, we may not be able to warranty damaged products.

Ground Shipment receiving and inspection protocol:

    1. The delivery carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS, etc.) will leave the order at your residence; no signature is required.
    2. We ask that you open the boxes and inspect the products for any signs of damage, such as broken parts or chips and cracks in the finish, within 48 business hours of delivery.
    3. If you have a damaged or defective product, call our customer service line at 800-891-0896 and a customer service rep will assist you.

Freight/LTL Shipment receiving and inspection protocol:

    1. The delivery carrier (FedEx, SIA, Estes, etc.) will call you the day before to set up delivery time.
    2. You'll need to open the boxes and inspect the products for any signs of damage, such as broken parts or chips and cracks in the finish, at the time of delivery.
    3. All items MUST be inspected for damage within 48 hours of delivery time.
    4. If product is damaged, firmly refuse the damaged items and keep all of the items in good condition.
    5. Do not let the driver leave without inspecting. If driver refuses to stay during inspection, sign "Per Inspection" on the delivery receipt and call us immediately to report damages.

If you do not inspect and report damage within the immediate time frame following delivery, we may not be able to warranty damaged products.

Freight/Shipping Damage Policy

It is important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise; after you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Do not assume that your product is not damaged just because the box and packaging is intact. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. If you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-891-0896 and inform us of the damage. After you sign for the package you are responsible for damages. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.

Obvious or Concealed Freight Damage

If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with eFaucets.com with obvious or concealed freight damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.

If you fail to report concealed or obvious freight damage to the carrier prior to signing for the shipment, neither neither you or we have any recourse.
