You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. It usually takes "One Billing Cycle" to see the refund on your Credit Card Statement.  All returns and exchanges will be credited less restocking fees and shipping costs.  Original Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.  If you have not received a credit and it as been longer than 30 days, please give our Customer Service Department a call at 1-800-891-0896.
