 Special Orders


Due to the high cost of handling special orders, we must initiate a special order policy concerning items that are not in stock.

eFaucets.com is a distributor for 100's of manufacturers for Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets, Fixtures, Lighting and accessories. It is impossible for us to stock every item available and do special order products for customers. To help defray these increased costs and still provide a satisfactory service to our valued customers, we have set the following policy for ALL special orders:

Definition:

Special Orders are defined as items that are Special Order from the Manufacturer, Non-Stock items, New products, Unavailable New Releases, Backorders and all Pre-Orders.

Policy:
  1. If an item you ordered is not in stock, you will receive an email letting you know that the item you ordered is in fact not in stock and has to be special ordered on your behalf. You can either accept the lead-time and wait for the item/order to ship or cancel the order for a Full refund within 7 business days.
  2. If an item listed on our website is out of stock or listed as "Special Order" or "Call or e-Mail for Availability" or "Backorder" or must be specially ordered from the manufacturer or alternative source, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order and the product or order will be secured for you directly from the manufacturer.
  3. All Special Order items require a refundable 100% (one hundred percent) deposit. The deposit for the special-order items is fully refundable if you choose to cancel your order before the special order item has been shipped  confirmed from the manufacturer or from our warehouse.
  4. "Shipped" or "Shipped Confirmed" means that product or order has entered the shipping process in the warehouse or has physically left the warehouse.
  5. If the product or order has been shipped form the manufacturer or from our warehouse and has entered the shipping process, then it can not be canceled.
When you place a special order you will be given approximate lead-times and availability.  These lead-times are only estimates and can not be guaranteed.  Some special order items can take up to 8 weeks for delivery, but most take between 3-5 weeks. We will keep you updated and advise you if we expect that your order may be delayed over the anticipated time frame.  If the item you requested is out of our reach or can not be found, we will also try to inform you of this as soon as possible, so you can cancel the order for a Full Refund.

If a special order item is no longer wanted or you are unable to wait for the order to ship, and it has not entered the shipping process, you may cancel for a Full Refund. This must be done via phone at 1-800-891-0896.
