Due to the high cost of handling special orders, we
must initiate a special order policy concerning items
that are not in stock.
Please understand that when we special order an item
from a manufacturer they charge us a special order fee
and shipping charges for that item. The manufacturer
also will not accept the item back from eFaucets.com, so
the following policy must be enforced.
eFaucets.com is a distributor for several
manufacturers for Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets, Fixtures
and accessories. It is impossible for us to stock every
item available. To help defray these increased costs and
still provide a satisfactory service to our valued
customers, we have set the following policy for ALL
Special Orders are defined as items that are Special
Order from the Manufacturer, Non-Stock items, New
products, Unavailable New Releases, and all Pre-Orders.
When you place a special order you will be given
approximate lead-times and availability. These
lead-times are only estimates and can not be guaranteed.
Some special order items can take up to 8 weeks for
delivery, but most take between 3-5 weeks. We will keep
you updated and advise you if we expect that your order
may be delayed over the anticipated time frame. If the item you requested is
out of our reach or can not be found, we will also try
to inform you of this as soon as possible.
- If an item you ordered is not in stock, you will
receive an email letting you know that the item you
ordered is in fact not in stock and has to be
special ordered on your behalf.
- If an item listed on our website is out of stock
or listed as "Special Order" or "Call or e-Mail for
Availability" or must be specially ordered from the
manufacturer or alternative source, your credit card
will be charged for the full amount of the order and
the product or order will be secured for you
directly from the manufacturer.
- All Special Order items require a refundable
100% (one hundred percent) deposit. The deposit for
the special-order items is fully refundable if you
choose to cancel your order before the special order
item has been shipped confirmed from the
manufacturer or from our warehouse.
- "Shipped" or "Shipped Confirmed" means that
product or order has entered the shipping process in
the warehouse or has physically left the warehouse.

from the manufacturers, we can not be held
responsible for late shipments. Most special orders take an
extra 3-5 weeks to receive.
If a special order item is sent back to us without
notification, a 35% restocking fee will apply.
Special order cancellations must be done within three
business days of your order date and will be accepted as
long as the order has not been shipped from the
manufacturer or from our warehouse. This must be done
via phone at 1-800-891-0896. Cancellations left on
voicemail or email will not be accepted
