If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please refuse delivery if you can and call us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
eFaucets.com prides itself on hassle-free returns and charges ZERO restocking fee for most items. However, if we've prepared a custom order for you such as a made-to-order vanity or a specially plated faucet, then a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To make it easy for our team (and to save the world), we encourage customers to send us item(s) in the original condition and in the manufacturer's packaging. There are a few exceptions that cannot be returned:
If the original shipping materials (the box and packaging) are in good condition, feel free to use them for your return. You'll need to place the manufacturer's box back inside the shipping box, and write your RGA on the shipping label to help us identify your package when it arrives at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will issue a refund less shipping fees if we have paid for return shipping. You can expect your refund in 7 to 10 business days, but, remember, it can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
